If you can not make your original appointment, please reach out as soon as you can! Any rebooking within a 24hr notice will result in a rebooking fee that is 50% of the service. This will be used as the deposit towards your next appointment. If you fail to make the following appointment and do not notify within 48hrs, your deposit has been forfeited. If you have a booked appointment and do not contact to cancel, you will be charged 100% of your service fee. You are sent a reminder 24hrs before your appointment & it is your responsibility to contact if you are not able to make it. You will not be able to rebook until the fee is taken care of.
